1. Who you are buying from

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors — with a full refund if payment was taken.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (or your local currency where enabled) and include what the checkout says they include; shipping is shown before payment. If we discover a clear pricing error after you order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel with a full refund.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy (8–15 business days after dispatch). Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes on full payment.

5. Returns

Your rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy (30 days) and nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

6. Product information

We work to make photos, dimensions and descriptions accurate. Screens vary; minor colour differences are possible. If something material is wrong with a listing, your remedy is our returns policy — used generously.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
