Where we deliver

We currently deliver to the United States only.

Delivery times

We believe you deserve the truth before you order, not excuses after. Sereluma products ship directly from our fulfilment partners’ warehouses, mostly in China. Here is what that means for timing:

• Processing: 1–3 business days — your order is confirmed, picked and packed.
• Delivery: 8–15 business days after dispatch.
• Total: plan for roughly 2–3 weeks from order to doorstep. Many orders arrive sooner — but we promise the honest window, not the lucky one.

Shipping costs

• FREE shipping on orders of $130 or more.
• Orders under $130: flat rate of $7.95, shown at checkout before payment — no surprises.

Duties & import charges

Your order ships DDP: import duties and customs fees are prepaid, so you are not asked to pay anything when your parcel arrives. In the rare case a carrier or customs office does charge you an extra fee, email the receipt to hello@serelumahome.com and we will refund it in full.

Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number by email as soon as it ships, usually within 1–3 business days. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, write to hello@serelumahome.com and we will chase the carrier for you — that is our job, not yours.

Delays

Occasionally customs or carrier backlogs add a few days — particularly during November–December peak season. If your order is affected, we will email you proactively. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, we will reship it or refund you in full — your choice.

Holiday season

Ordering for Christmas? Place your order by early December to allow for the full honest delivery window. We will publish the exact yearly cut-off date on this page each November.
